Punishment of the innocent

Posted by: WhoIsMcAfee , November 18, 2012

After the murder of Mr. Faul, the police began a systematic roundup of my friends and associates. So far, those arrested include:

Eddie Ancona – my best friend in Belize. Eddie is a consistent attendant at the local church. He does not drink. He does not smoke. He has never used drugs. He has a loyal wife and a young son. His only crime is being my best friend. He is still in jail and is being charged with trumped-up charges.

Cassian Chavarria – my caretaker of two and a half years. Cassian is one of the most honest men I have had the pleasure to know. He is reliable and competent. I would trust him with my life. He, like Eddie, has been jailed for a week.

A cab driver named Cesar. I regret not knowing his last name. His only crime was driving me into town the day of the murder. I am told he has since been released.

William Mulligan – my British bodyguard. He was arrested and has been sent to the Government penitentiary in Hattieville.

Williams wife, Stefanie Mulligan – she was arrested with her husband. She had just arrived for the weekend. He had not seen her for months. I am told that, since she was breastfeeding, she was temporarily released.

My housekeeper Priscilla – I regret again not knowing her last name. She is one of the most decent people I have known. I am told she has been released but charges may be filed.

The list will grow. I am asking all people of conscience to read this blog, especially the links in the “Background” section, and see the ugly truth unfolding here. Speak out. Write your congressmen. Write the Prime Minister. Do what you can. These people are suffering and will continue to do so irrespective of my actions. They will become yet another bleak statistic in the web of injustice clutching the heart of this country.

Three of my friends are still being held in prison on trumped up charges.  They are:

Eddie Ancona

Cassian  Chavarria

William Mulligan

They were charged and have been imprisoned because three legally licensed firearms were found in the incorrect rooms on my property (stretching the law to the extreme).  I would ask you to please email the following and demand their release:

    John,
Tyranny abound! Grab a parka and some mukluks and come to Canada….I would love to pick that golden brain of yours! Do you like Canadian cuisine John? It must be increasingly difficult finding honest investigators down there, what with all the paranoid media seeking authorities lurking about, creating new evidence and staged photo ops…. jesus man….what the hell? NO, I don’t know you personally….but I do feel for you and all your loved ones and trusted compadres who have been wrongfully incarcerated and mistreated. I look forward to the day you are released from this hell and proven innocent…. you will invite me to the freedom afterparty right?? 🙂 good luck John!!

I believe all this to be true. So far they have arrested many people, apparently they are able to arrest people for no reason in belize. Who knows what else they might do without reason or justification.

    John,

Hopefully your out of the country. I wouldn’t trust the authorities and their “we just want to ask you a couple of questions”. Wow, they’ve been watching to much “Law and Order”. I sorry for all the people who are affiliated with you who have suffered at the hand of authorities. I like your stand on loving and not expecting it back. Your friends were your friends and will probably remain loyal to you. Good luck with your plight — Stay positive — I’ll look forward to hearing that this nightmare has ended and your free of this sordid mess!

You forgot to mention about young’s criminal history and threat that he issued to the GSU before being executed.
But yea you do make a point on how the GSU uses guns first and judges later.
Exiting the country seems to be the best choice at the moment, its not like the GSU will come out in a year saying ‘oh we made a mistake’, they’re probably goina leave the file in a corner after awhile (provided he leaves the country)

Caveat: as someone who does not know you, Mr. McAfee, I nonetheless have to agree with ‘Joe’ on this. Appears as though you went to live in a country where you could live a certain ‘creative’ lifestyle, afforded in part by your financial resources, and attracted by both a little more attention than you bargained for. If you make it out alive (and I hope you do…), I hope some lasting (and healthy) contrition results. Who doesn’t need to take a dispassionate inventory of self now and then?

    Hey:

You are the man! Keep up the fight and I know that the authorities can be entirely corrupt, so your story is completely plausible. All I would say is maybe you ought to think about increasing the age of your conquests by a decade or two and if the authorities are as corrupt as described, then you are insane for staying in that country. This, “I love this country – it is my home” is bullshit. Dude, according to you, they are going to smoke you…it is time to leave genius…and leave the little girls behind. There is no nobility in walking in front of a freight train when see it coming down the tracks. Hello!

    Merry Christmas

    Mr. McAfee,
What is your reason for asking about the phone triangulation?

  12. Seth
    November 18, 2012 at 4:07 pm

Yeah but I think that he probably has phones that the police are not aware of.

    November 18, 2012 at 4:03 pm

No dude, it’s related to him being able to make calls without being located by the police.

Offer a reward to whoever provides you with informtion leading to the real killer…..thats what will end this….you said it yourself….focus on that…..somebody shot him, and at least somebody else knows….youre good at puzzles…solve it.

    John,

I am a big supporter and having been following your story the whole time. I was wondering about your tech support question:

“How long does it take for a phone company to triangulate a cell phone signal? With what accuracy? Is there any way to confuse/delay the system? If a cell phone is turned off, but the battery is installed, is there any way to locate the phone? Are there any brands of phones are more/less difficult to triangulate ?”

Is that related to Mr. Faull’s missing iPhone? Are you wondering how long it takes, so they can clear your name? I hope you’re alright.

    Best Regards,
    Seth Snyder

Actually there were a few obvious connections in the thread…off the top of my head:

    -you named yourself John
-you used the actual name of your research company at the time…even though it was deleted later, it’s still there in the thread in a quoted message
-you took pictures of an elaborate lab, in a jungle setting (how many of those can there be in Belize?)
    -several pics of the compound

If this was ever brought to the attention of the authorities, it would have been hard for them not to be curious…

Ok. So you believe a non-chemist could produce a mythical drug that no-one had the formula for, or even knew its chemical makeup, and no-one alive had a sample and no-one knew its source? Get real. Read the posts. It’s all gobbleygook. The board members simply believed it because they wanted to. The real chemists on the board (a few hundred) unanimously proclaimed “hogwash” and declared it a hoax. Read it.

My name was never used in the thread, so how on earth would there be a connection?

    November 18, 2012 at 2:45 pm

Ok John, lets just take you for your word..no reason not to…it was a bet, an elaborate prank…….the natural consequence of that prank would be for the government to raid your lab where you claimed to be producing drugs……when you claim to be astonished by the raid you lose credibility,,,,,dont you see that? Anyways…i am a fan of yours….hoping for the best….just pointing out things that i know people are thinking…..looking for some clarity…i am a simple guy with simple thoughts….things need to make sense ….is anyone focused on who actually killed the guy??

Arthur Young still in hiding after major police bust

    ARTHUR YOUNG
The Saturday night bust in Vista Del Mar that turned up silencers for weapons, drugs, along with books on making the sound suppressors and guns reveals a new dimension that the police department is facing in its battle against crime. More than a smoking gun, the police found Errol Haynes inside the home during the bust. Along with the metal lathe and a sound suppressor under construction, the officers confiscated a Dodge Durango from the residence on Damselfish Drive. The owner of the home, Loretta Villanueva, said she rented the place to Ruth Esquivel. Esquivel told News Five that she did not live at the home but paid the rent on behalf of her boyfriend Arthur Young. Young and Haynes were charged with the murder of twenty year old Calvin Young, but that case fell apart after the witness had a sudden case of amnesia which led to a nolle prosequi. Since the police expressed an interest in Young for the silencers, Young has been in hiding because in his opinion, they want more than just an interview, they want him dead.

Via Phone: Arthur Young, In Hiding:
“I really fear for my life because they out to try and kill me. I even heard that couple weeks they had a meeting about me saying that wherever they find me, whatever, I know they got the job to do but they reach the point they are harassing me now. I really don’t know where to turn to because nobody is on my side. And the way I move, I don’t really go and tell this one and tell that one. But you know today I just sit down and say this is one of the best reason I need to bring it to the public also. For the truth, I didn’t do anything wrong for them to try give me a charge I didn’t know about.”

    Jose Sanchez
“At this point they say you are a person of interest because you rented the house. Does that bring any comfort to you?”

Via Phone: Arthur Young, In Hiding
“Well what I heard is that my name is on the charge sheet. If I’m a person of interest because I’m renting the house then my name should not be on the charge sheet. They went to the house and I heard that they found my old driver’s license and my social card. So I’m saying maybe they are trying to put me there now because I heard couple weeks ago that whatever they can hold against me to send me to jail, do that. I don’t know why these people are dealing with me like this.”

    Jose Sanchez
“So you don’t know anything about the equipment used to make silencer for handguns or books on gun use and tactics?”

Via Phone: Arthur Young, In Hiding
“I don’t know nothing about that. I don’t know what they took out of the house. All I heard is that they went there and took Errol Haynes. I don’t know the details of nothing. I’m not even there at the time when I heard that. I was somewhere far away from there.”

    Jose Sanchez
“At this point you don’t intend to go to the police?”

Via Phone: Arthur Young, In Hiding
“I’m not, I’m in hiding because I fear my life with the police. So I’m in hiding, I already spoke to my attorney and got I some advice.”

(Editor’s note: Arthur Young was captured a few days later and was shot multiple times by the GSU while his hands were handcuffed behind his back. He died instantly.)

And one more thing…..your easiest way out is they find the guy who shot him…so if seems to me, THAT should be where you should be focused. But youre not……once again, begs the question.

    November 18, 2012 at 1:53 pm

John…..the one part of story that i just cant get to make sense is your anti drug stance. I just read through all your posts on bluelight and you talk about taking drugs (mpdv). And show pictures of you making it …and different lines laid out etc. now i would never judge you on your lifestyle if thats what you choose…..but the inconsistencies in what you are saying call everything into question with your current situation…..i wanna believe, but how do you explain your detailed reports on making the drug and personally using the drug.? We read it and say ….how can you be outraged they raided your lab looking for drugs, when you were posting online that you were actually cooking large quantities of drugs in the lab? Again, wanna believe….just trying to make sense of it all
