Let me give an example from the everyday life. I was facing a dillemma. To give away some clothes to the charity. I am not rich, those clothes I had attachment to, and wanted to give them away only on the condition that the charity would profit from such donations. I categorically refused to donate those clothes to charity if their respective cashier (or whoever was there serving at the time when I would hand my clother over to them), decided to keep those clothes for himself or herself. That wouldn’t be fair, 它会? That would defy the reason for why I wanted to donate in the first place, wouldn’t it? But then I realized something important… If that particular greedy person takes those clothes from that donation and keeps them for him or herself, the be it! The underlying morale here is that there will be a good benefit for that dishonest cashier. He will profit as a person and have some benefit from it because he was in need. If that created a benefit in his life, then such donation, albeit mishandled, was still worth doing.
