In a story made for Hollywood, antivirus pioneer John McAfee recently found himself at the centre of the most widely publicized manhunt in recent history. McAfee was named a “person of interest,” by police officials in Belize following the murder of his neighbor Gregory Faull.
McAfee went on the run with his 20-year-old girlfriend for three weeks before crossing the border to Guatemala. Guatemalan authorities detained him soon after entry, and fighting against deportation to Belize, McAfee was quickly swept away to the United States on a one-way flight to Miami.
Based on John McAfee’s personal diary, Running in the Background (Working Title) is the only official account of the life & times of the man himself, revealing unanswered questions & intimate secrets about his life along the way.

You are spot on target. Some find it difficult to remove their spots as they are tat-tood to their soul by Design I should suppose.

I was hoping “Ballad of the Hinterland” could get an ‘Official account of the life & times of the man’ stamp. I’m soooo disappointed. -blue
