Hardly….They remind me slightly of MITI in Japan and the Chinese state ventures……they have and control all the money and risk, and decide who will get funded..and then derive all the proceeds in all ways….seems like the tech industry is beholden to these SOB’s….why, I have no idea….a shame the system is gamed to favour them(VC’s)…
